Boyd Kezerian

As CFO at Walker Edison, Boyd Kezerian has spent the past 5 years building and executing financial strategies to support one of Utah’s fastest growing businesses.  Boyd comes from a unique career background that includes product design, operations, and a core in accounting and finance.  He has completed several recapitalization deals and transactions that have included traditional lender groups, mezzanine debt,

unitranche lenders , and  private equity investments.  Mr. Kezerian received both his MBA and BS in Accounting from the University of Utah.  He and his wife Jessica reside in Fruit Heights and have 3 children.
