Christine Wzorek is the founder and CEO of White Label Advisors, where she has disrupted and redefined human capital strategy since 2019. Named the Human Capital industry "Disruptor" by Utah Magazine in 2019 and awarded the prestigious 40 Over 40 leadership designation in 2024, Christine helps companies design human-centric people strategies that achieve accelerated growth and increase valuation multiples.

With over 25 years of executive experience, Christine has successfully led CEOs and executives through innovative methodologies to optimize relationships, improve cultural cohesion, and achieve financial milestones. Her approach creates cohesive partnerships with Governing Boards and Executive Teams to incorporate Human Capital systems aligned to organizational goals, growth forecasts, and financial strategy. This methodology assimilates the employee experience with financial outcomes, returning higher profits, sustainable growth, and expanded market share.

In addition to her firm’s core services, Christine serves as an Executive Coach and Executive Recruiter offering concierge services to her clients. She is passionate about furthering connection and understanding to enrich business networks for shared collaboration and enhanced access to network channels for underserved and underrepresented workforce populations.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Utah Valley University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
