JC Raby joined J.P. Morgan in 2022 as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Technology, focused on working with fast growing, venture or growth-equity backed technology companies to meet their capital/merger advisory needs, while expanding J.P. Morgan’s technology banking practice across the Middle Market.  JC brings more than two decades of both investment banking/M&A advisory and corporate executive experience to the role.  JC’s clients include leading Fortune 500 acquirers, middle-market growth companies and rapidly-growing technology stars across Technology including cybersecurity, enterprise and  infrastructure software, e-commerce and related technology-enabled services.   JC brings over three decades of experience in investment banking including senior roles at leading Bulge bracket and boutique technology investment banks as well as at  executive experience at Akamai Technologies, a leading CDN provider.
