Megan Ware

Megan Ware currently serves as VP of Member Affairs of the Utah Manufacturers Association (UMA), where she has built a career spanning more than four years across progressive leadership roles. Prior to UMA, Megan spent nearly four years at Stadler US, a global rail vehicle manufacturer, leading human resources, recruitment, and benefits for their Salt Lake City operations. She began her career in the nonprofit sector as a Program Manager at Success in Education, where she spent over five years supporting educational programming. Megan brings a strong background in member engagement, workforce strategy, and organizational leadership to her work in Utah's manufacturing community.
