Ryan Ruth

Ryan Ruth is a Principal on the Private Credit team at Keystone National Group, where he focuses on opportunistic asset-backed transactions. Ryan brings extensive experience in private credit underwriting, due diligence, sourcing, and portfolio management to support the firm’s corporate and leasing investment strategy.

Ryan began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BNP Paribas in leveraged finance in New York. He then helped launch and grow a multi-billion dollar private credit strategy within a life insurance company. Most recently, he was an investment professional at Ares Management, specializing in sponsor lending, where he focused on private credit underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

With deep expertise structuring and executing sponsor-backed cash flow loans as well as navigating complex special situations involving asset-backed facilities, Ryan is well-versed in credit analysis, risk assessment and deal structuring within the evolving private credit landscape.
