The panel will include:

Malcolm Tinsley, Managing Director, Loan Syndications with ATB Corporate Financial Services Mr. Tinsley is based in Calgary, Alberta. Malcolm’s primary role is syndicated loan origination with experience across various sectors: Exploration and Production Lending, Oilfield Services, Diversified Industries, Real Estate and Private-Equity sponsored transactions. Prior to joining ATB, Malcolm worked with HSBC Bank Canada in several head office and commercial banking roles in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Calgary, and was most recently Assistant Vice President, Syndications and Commercial Banking for Western Canada.

 

Corry Silbernagel, Partner and Managing Director of Bond Capital. Mr. Silbernagel was formerly a management consultant and CFO. Prior to earning his MBA at INSEAD, Corry worked in management for some of Canada's largest energy companies. Prior to that he was a project engineer and manager for a leading global engineering firm. Mr. Silbernagel earned his Bachelor of Applied Science - Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

 

Lee Grimshaw, Managing Director, Western Canada, BMO Capital Partners. Lee has been managing the Western Canada region for BMOCP for over 5 years and has been in the buyout industry for the last 12. Lee is also an Alumni of the GE Financial Management Program at General Electric and alumni of Heller Corporate Finance, formerly a leading specialty Sponsor Finance Company.

 

Brent Hughes, Executive Vice President of Crown Capital Partners. Prior to joining Crown Capital, Brent was an Investment Analyst at Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation. Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan, an M.Sc. in Finance from Concordia University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
