netForum AMS Updates
This section will provide regular updates on the progress of the implementation of ACG’s new association management system (AMS), known as netForum.

Click Here for the netForum Terms of Use. This is a policy to be followed while using netForum.

AMS training webinars have been hosted by ACG Global staff members and they have been recorded, you can download these webinars: here, here, here, here, and here!  We will add more links as we conduct more webinars.

Avectra's netForum offers a wide range of benefits including:

*ACG data is now all in one site. Prior to netForum Chapter Executives had to go to multiple sources to get a picture of member activity.

*More functions for Chapters to manage their members – password resets, dues renewal  payments, communication preferences and change member demographics.

*Chapters have more flexibility of  membership packages and promotional campaigns. For example, chapters have set-up Young Memberships in netForum which used to have to be managed manually.

*Can track all correspondence the member has received.

*Tracking of prospect members. Now a completed picture of a non-members activity with ACG is available.

*Improvement of membership join and renewal applications

*Robust query tool – chapters can pick from many types of custom report or build their own queries to track all sorts of member and event data points.

*Event price attributes/options based on member qualifications. For example, can charge     PEGs a different event registration fee than advisors.

*Event revenue summary reports
