Walter ("Wally") David founded SimCom, Inc. in 1989.  After the acquisition of SimCom by Pan Am International Flight Academy (PAIFA) in 1999, Wally was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the combined companies by its owner J.W. Childs Associates, a Boston based private firm in 1999.  He currently serves as Board Chairman.  Prior to beginning his aviation career, David served as Corporate Vice President at Paine Webber, Inc. and authored The 50 Plus Guide To Retirement Investing, published by Dow Jones Irwin.  David is a graduate of the University of Southern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA in Finance.  He is married and has three children.


Jean Nowry
has been working with Massey Services since 1998and has held the positions of Director of Accounting, Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and CSO. As Executive Vice President, CFO, Jean is responsible for all financial matters relating to Massey Services, which include corporate strategy, business integration, planning and budgeting, and overall corporate administrative operations, such as accounting and human resources. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Jean is also a graduate of the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education program "Strategic Finance for Smaller Businesses," a program that prepares executives from all over the world for new levels of leadership in their careers and within their organizations. Jean has also completed Leadership Orlando.

 
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Orange Lake Resorts, Tom Nelson leads the operational teams that deliver the Brand Promise to our owners and guests every day, including Resort Operations, Holiday Inn Club, and Capital Management. Tom also oversees the finance, technology and human resource teams that provide the business with the tools for success. Tom joined Orange Lake Resorts in 2003 as its Chief Financial Officer and transitioned to his new role in 2013.
 
 
 
Tom brings significant corporate strategy, leadership, operations, finance and venture capital experience to Orange Lake Resorts. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, holding various positions including Managing Director of its firm-wide venture group, Knowledge Enterprises, as well as Managing Partner of Strategy Consulting within its Business Consulting group. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the School of Business at California State University, Hayward, and is a graduate of the Executive Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
