Membership Requirements

Membership in ACG Philadelphia is tightly controlled.  Priority is given to private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and investment bankers. 

All other prospective members (including lenders, wealth managers, accountants, attorneys, consultants) are considered advisors and must: 1) be part of the M&A professional community versus having an interest in selling to our members, and 2) identify and join with a new corporate or private equity member.

As a community of middle-market dealmakers, ACG Philadelphia is pleased to deliver value to our members throughout the year.  Joining ACG provides dealmakers with opportunities to:

ACG Philadelphia meets the third Thursday of each month between 7:15 - 9:00 am from September through May (excluding December) and alternates between a city and a suburban location.
