Myles Cunningham is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Audubon, a leading real estate investment management firm specializing in the acquisition and development of Sun Belt rental housing. Mr. Cunningham oversees the firm’s investment and capital market activities. He sits on the firm’s investment committee and chairs the firm’s strategic planning committee. Mr. Cunningham has been in the multi-family industry for over 15 years.

Prior to joining Audubon, Mr. Cunningham was the Director of Acquisitions for PEM Real Estate Group, a Phoenix-based multifamily real estate investment firm. At PEM, he started and oversaw the Atlanta office while acquiring real estate across the Southeast region of the United States. Previously, Mr. Cunningham was the Vice President of Acquisition for Cortland Partners where he focused on new business development, asset valuations, and deal structuring.

Myles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Auburn University and is a member of YPO, Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Jesslyn Rollins has a track record of bringing ideas to life. When her father, an Anesthesiologist, asked her to head up sales for his new recovery drink, BIOLYTE®, the IV in a bottle®, she hit the streets and sold it out of her Toyota Highlander. Seven years later, Jesslyn is now the CEO and BIOLYTE is a multi-million dollar business.

Jesslyn’s leadership style is understanding, creative, and a tidal-wave of energy. Her two main roles at BIOLYTE are to build the right organizational structure for growth and ensure all aspects of the company are executing on BIOLYTE’s central vision - to improve the lives of everyday warriors with serious hydration needs. 

She grew up and lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband she affectionately calls, "Key." She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia and majored in Theatre and Communications with a minor in Human Development. She loves animals (especially corgis), handcrafted cocktails, and dancing.

Gautam has over three decades of diverse global experience serving multiple Boards working with technology platforms, consulting and services businesses across various industries, most recently with Aviation, Insurance and Financial Services. He has worked in start-ups, growth and turnaround environments across large public and PE backed private companies in Asia, Europe and North America.

Gautam joined Unifi, as CEO in January 2021. Under his leadership, Unifi has more than doubled in under three years to 26,000+ employees and been awarded nearly 200 new contracts to become the largest ground handling and aviation services company in North America. Unifi was also named service leader of the year for 2023 by Ground Handling Worldwide and has also grown significantly, expanding its footprint beyond the United States – with operations in Canada and an acquisition in the UK. Gautam has helped modernize and embrace digital innovations to improve service and safety, earning Unifi the respect and trust of its customers – the airlines and airports.

Chief Marketing Officer

Aniket  is the Chief Marketing Officer at Firstsource, responsible for building the brand strategy, and executing it to drive visibility and pipeline.

In his prior role, Aniket was the Chief Growth Officer at AMH. 

Aniket brings a deep understanding of the Technology and BPO industry, with 30 years of experience across geographies, functions, and services. In addition to running channels and marketing, he has played leadership roles in strategy (including M&A), operations (having set up and run multiple nearshore delivery centers in the Americas), and as a GM running a $1 B BPS business.

Before AMH, Aniket ran the Consumer Goods portfolio at Genpact, and was responsible for the vertical’s strategy and marketing. He also was the GM for DXC’s global BPS business, and prior to that, played multiple roles at Infosys and Infosys BPM for 16 years.

An MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Pune, he also recently completed a course in Data Science and Machine Learning from MIT’s Schwarzman College of Computing.

Based in Atlanta,  Aniket enjoys adventure sports such as sailing and windsurfing and has completed treks across many parts of the world, including Norway, Iceland, Patagonia, Peru, Bhutan, and Nepal.
