This virtual event is being presented to the Atlanta chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Atlanta) and The National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC), the largest network of diverse-owned private equity firms and hedge funds, who have recently announced an alliance to further the respective missions of both organizations.

Farrah Holder

Ms. Holder joined IMB as a consultant in 2016 and as the Director of Business Development responsible for deal sourcing and brand development in 2019.

Prior to IMB, Farrah was a co-founder and President of ThinkNXT Marketing, a boutique marketing firm focused on small to medium-sized businesses from 2010 to 2019. Prior to 2010, Ms. Holder held various marketing, strategy and business development positions with Time Inc., Rodale, Western Alliance Bancorp, and Primary Physicians Research. Farrah started her career at Morgan Stanley as a financial analyst from 1998 to 2000.

Ms. Holder received a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management.

Harold Martin, Jr

Taco Mac Restaurant Group

Harold L. Martin, Jr. is an investor in and CEO of Taco Mac, an Atlanta-based chain of sports bars that operates 27 locations across Georgia and Tennessee.

In 2018, Harold partnered with Fresh Hospitality to acquire Taco Mac from CIC Partners, a Dallas-based private equity fund. Since the acquisition, Harold has successfully transformed the 40-year old company and re-positioned it for long-term growth. In 2019, Taco Mac received the GRACE award for Restaurateur of the Year (large corporate category) from the Georgia Restaurant Association.

Immediately prior to leading the acquisition of Taco Mac, Harold served as Interim President of Morehouse College, where he continues to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees.  

Harold began his career as a management consultant in the Atlanta Office of McKinsey & Company.  As an Associate Partner and leader in the Firm's Consumer Practice, Harold primarily served food and beverage clients on topics related to growth strategy, post-merger integration, and transformational change management. 

Harold earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Yale Law School.  Harold also graduated Valedictorian from Morehouse College with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Harold lives in Atlanta with his wife, Kirstyn, and their two children, Harold III and Serena.  Harold is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), an alumnus of Leadership Atlanta, and serves on the boards of Morehouse College, Camp Twin Lakes, and Bar Louie. Harold is also the owner of Mary Mac's Tea Room and Highland Cigar Company in Atlanta.

Ira Moreland

Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Moreland was most recently Managing Director and Group Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at a regional investment bank where he oversaw the firm's investment banking and leveraged finance efforts with private equity firms. Previously, Mr. Moreland was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, providing capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advice to midsized companies. Before Banc of America Securities, he spent six years at Citigroup in the Financial Sponsor and Real Estate Finance Groups. Mr. Moreland previously served on the Advisory Board of Seidler Equity Partners, LLC and has served on a host of non-profit boards including the Board of Trustees of the Latin School of Chicago. Mr. Moreland currently serves on the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation Board of Trustees. Mr. Moreland holds a BA degree in accounting from Morehouse College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Mark Wilson

Entrepreneur, Mark A. Wilson is the President and CEO of Chime Solutions, Inc. based in Atlanta, GA. Chime Solutions is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, primarily focused on customer care.

Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the business information services industry and has held senior level sales and operations management positions with companies such as D&B, ABF Freight Systems and Whirlpool Corporation. Wilson also served in roles responsible for strategic marketing, service process improvement and customer service within the call center and business information services industries.

Wilson’s success as an entrepreneur has been highlighted most recently by his leadership with eVerifile.  After acquiring eVerifile, a contractor screening company in 2012, Wilson was responsible for driving double digit growth while

making significant technology changes within the company. Wilson was also responsible for establishing eVerifile CS, a subsidiary that was focused on BPO services. Wilson acquired eVerifile CS in May of 2016 and merged the operation with Chime Solutions.

Prior to acquiring eVerifile, Wilson founded RYLA Teleservices, Inc. a true start-up launched in his basement and named after his two children Ryan and Lauren. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he established RYLA as a nationally-recognized customer support and contact center with more than 3,000 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million. Wilson sold the company in 2010.

Beyond growing his businesses from an operational perspective, Wilson focuses on building an employee-centric culture seeking to provide “the best job you’ve ever had.”

Wilson’s vision and leadership has earned him a number of prestigious honors, including Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award® for 2010, TiE Atlanta’s 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year and induction into the Hall of Fame for the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in 2014. His latest accomplishment includes recognition as the 2016 Small Business Person of the Year by The Atlanta Business Chronicle, for his work at Chime Solutions.

Wilson serves on the US Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Georgia Board of Advisors for Kaiser Permanente.   He is also Chairman of the Wilberforce University Board of Trustees, serves on the Kennesaw State University Coles College Advisory Board, as well as on the Steward Board at Turner Chapel AME Church.

A native of Arkansas, Wilson and his family now live in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his degree in Business Administration and Management at Wilberforce University in Wilberforce Ohio. He is also the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from Wilberforce University and a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Kenneth Saffold

Prior to joining TCP in 2017, Mr. Saffold was a Senior Vice President at Capital One Healthcare (formerly GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services) where he was responsible for originating and executing M&A and recapitalization transactions and managing complex client relationships within the Healthcare industry. Before Capital One Healthcare, he was a Principal at Georgetown Capital.

Robert L Greene is a leader in the US Asset Management industry that has achieved success as an institutional investor, strategic advisor, board member and operating executive. He has built a reputation for innovative thinking, transforming strategy into results, and enabling others to achieve outsized success.

Bob serves as President & Chief Executive Officer for the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC). In this capacity Bob is responsible for leading all aspects of the association’s mission of serving as the industry association for diverse-owned private equity firms and hedge funds. With more than 80 member firms that collectively manage more than $160 billion in assets, Bob leads all aspects of the association’s capital access efforts, legislative advocacy, performance research, media and publications, member services and strategic alliance development.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). He is a recipient of the University’s Distinguished Service Award, and was selected to the prestigious Virginia Governors Fellows Program.
