CRESA Global
Senior Vice President

Panelist Andy Roberts began his commercial real estate career by raising capital for various REIT portfolios that are now traded on the NYSE. During this experience, Andy developed a passion for consulting clients on the various dynamics of real estate. Andy joined Cresa in mid-2014 to help clients navigate their real estate decisions in a market where a growing percentage of properties are institutionally owned. Keith Schroeder

High Road Craft Brands
Founder & CEO

Panelist Keith Schroeder and his wife Nicki built their company in 2010 around the idea that chefs serving chefs was the coolest idea ever. When chefs get on a phone together, find an opportunity to collaborate, or simply share a drink, lifetime bonds often emerge.

It was in this spirit that he founded High Road. Keith simply wanted to meet more amazing chefs around the planet. He wanted to work and learn from them. And now, they are lucky enough to have a team of chefs and makers here at High Road who share this belief in interconnectedness - in the idea that food can be a democratizing force, a bridge to another’s culture, another reason to love one another.

Today, High Road employs over 80 teammates - makers, chefs, artists - champions. They are ten years in - 5 brands and product lines brought to life - learning how to do better every day. Now, more than ever, we recognize the power of food - to ignite the human spirit - to encourage generosity - to shine a spotlight on the beauty of our differences - and to soothe souls.
