Overview

Lauren Goodell is leading the pathway for AI to drive deeper human touch and relationships.  As a highly sought after speaker on the topic, we are lucky to have her join our breakfast discussion.

As AI transforms the way we work, one truth remains: deals do not get done by algorithms alone. They get done through trust, relationships, and the human ability to see nuance, listen deeply, and create value where others see transactions.

This session explores how leaders can lean into the human side of the sales process - curiosity, empathy, creativity, and judgment - while using AI as a force multiplier. Rather than replacing people, AI allows deal teams and advisors to spend more time where they matter most: building relationships, uncovering client needs, and showing up prepared with insights that accelerate trust.

Attendees will leave with a practical framework for:

  • Leveraging AI to eliminate busy work so you can focus on high-impact conversations
  • Showing up more prepared and relevant in every client interaction
  • Turning data into meaningful insights that spark deeper relationships
  • Blending technology and intuition to create smarter, faster, more human deals

At its core, this conversation is about redefining value in an AI-enabled world. It’s not just about what you automate - it’s about how you show up. Because in sales, and in life, the most powerful question you can ask is still: How can I support you?
