Evan Schauder

Evan Schauder is a M&A Director with RSM. He provides merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services to middle market focused private equity funds, strategic buyers, and entrepreneur/family-owned enterprises. He performs transaction advisory services on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a focus on private equity and corporate clients. Evan has worked on over 150 transactions, ranging from $5 million to $1 billion in revenue, primarily in the business and professional services, industrials and consumer industries. Evan prides himself on delivering advice on complex accounting and finance matters throughout the transaction lifecycle, in both pre- and post-close ​timeframes. His areas of specialization include: financial due diligence, QofE, net working capital and purchase agreement considerations, business performance insights, carve out and multinational transactions. He received a Bachelor and Masters of Science in accounting from the University of Florida.
