Jeff Hawkins

Jeff has been serving middle market companies as a public accounting firm CPA for over 19 years. He specializes in Transaction Advisory Services for both buyers and sellers of middle market and lower-middle market companies. Jeff is also the lead for our TAS department, out of Atlanta, GA and is primarily focused on helping his clients with a successful transfer of a business.  While he has experience in most industries, manufacturing and distribution, dealerships, rental equipment and TICC (testing, inspection, certification and compliance) are where he spends the majority of this time.
