Lauren Goodell is the Founder and CEO of Zinnia, a sales acceleration platform making sales more human in an AI-driven world. Under her leadership, Zinnia has scaled to serve 100+ sales organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, and has been recognized as a Top Growth Startup by Venture Connect and a Top 200 Startup 2025 by TechCrunch.

Lauren has been honored as one of JP Morgan’s Top 100 Women to Know in the U.S. and one of the Top 25 Women in Business by the Charlotte Business Journal.
