Sean Dwyer

Panelist Sean Dwyer is the SVP, Head of M&A and Strategy for Distribution Solutions Group ("DSG"). He is responsible for leading the development, evaluation, and execution of DSG’s M&A opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth. Prior to joining DSG, Mr. Dwyer served as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer for BlueLinx Holdings, a building products distribution company. Prior to that, Mr. Dwyer was the Vice President of Corporate Development at WestRock Company (now Smurfit WestRock), a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging. Early in his career, Mr. Dwyer served in various investment and M&A advisory roles for EVE Partners, Investure, and Edgeview Partners (now Piper Sandler). Mr. Dwyer holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership from the University of Georgia.
