Designed for investors, lenders, investment bankers, and corporate leaders active in the Southeast deal community, this discussion will explore current trends in M&A activity, capital availability, valuation dynamics, and what deal professionals are seeing on the ground as the market evolves in Q2.

Speakers:
Daniel Layfield, Partner, Parker Poe – Advises private equity firms, investors, and companies on complex M&A, venture capital, and financing transactions.
Olivia Daly, Associate, Parker Poe – Focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and business structuring.
