Managing Director

Bo Hinton is a Managing Director at Coker Capital. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Bo spent 10 years in principal investing and investment banking within the middle market segment of the healthcare industry. Previously, Bo worked for Carousel Capital Partners and Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Securities).

Bo graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Modified and was a four-year member of the varsity football team, including the 1996 undefeated Ivy League championship team.

Principal

Petri is a Principal at Ridgemont and focuses on investments in the Healthcare sector. Petri is most actively involved in Ridgemont’s current investments in Anne Arundel Dermatology, HemaSource, Perimeter, and SPG. 

Prior to joining Ridgemont in 2011, Petri worked in the investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Petri graduated cum laude from Davidson College with a B.A. in Economics.

Scott Mahosky is the Chief Executive Officer at Anne Arundel Dermatology. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Scott held various management positions across several publicly traded and private companies.  Most recently, Scott was the Chief Executive Officer at American Hospice and the President and Chief Operating Officer at SunCrest Home Healthcare.

Scott graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics/Business and earned an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Berg is the Chief Executive Officer at Allied 100. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mike spent over 30 years working in a variety of functional areas and management positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance Healthcare and Baxter International.

Mike graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance.
