Jay is a Partner in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office and leads the healthcare focused team within DHG’s Transaction Advisory practice. The healthcare transaction advisory team works across multiple service lines in the healthcare industry for both private equity investors and strategic healthcare organizations. Jay has dedicated his career to buy-side and sell-side healthcare transaction engagements and has performed financial statement analyses including quality of earnings, quality of revenue, synergy, margin and relevant industry/service line KPI evaluation, as well as historical, estimated and closing working capital procedures. He is dedicated to serving clients in the healthcare industry and has extensive experience in analyzing healthcare provider services.

Prior to joining DHG, Jay worked in the healthcare transaction advisory services group and audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm.

Steven Frank is a partner in Transaction Advisory Services at Dixon Hughes Goodman. Steven has more than 18 years of public accounting experience, including 15+ years of transaction advisory services experience. He focuses primarily on the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries within this growing practice of the firm. Steven assists corporate buyers and private equity groups in navigating complicated transactions with a focus on middle market transactions. Although he serves multiple industries, Steven's primary industry focus includes software and technology, telecommunications, business services and government contracting. He has gained significant transaction experience through providing advisory services for more than 350 transactions ranging in size from $2 million to more than $2 billion.

Before joining Dixon Hughes Goodman, Steven was with a Big Four firm in Charlotte, NC in the transaction advisory services practice, where he led financial and accounting due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis and quality of net asset analysis.
