Increasing the number of women at the deal table is the goal of ACG Women, led by Kim Schaefer, Partner with Vorys.
The Glass Ceiling is particularly thick in the deal making arena. Although finance, private equity and start-ups have fueled a rapid increase in deals, the number of women, particularly in senior roles who are identifying, negotiating and leading these deals, hasn't kept pace. ACG Cincinnati intends to increase the number of women deal makers at the table - literally.
