2025 ACG CIN OCT LUNCH: CEO Stories with Eric Kahn of Graphic Village

Mr. Kahn is a Managing Director of Revitalize Capital, a Cincinnati based private equity firm focused on acquiring controlling interest in established businesses which benefit from the firm’s operating experience and financial acumen. Mr. Kahn began his career in international sales and marketing with Dorian International. He then spent over 15 years as an investment banker covering consumer, diversified and technology industries as well as private equity with ABN Amro, Banc of America Securities (Montgomery Securities), Dillon Read, FBR Capital Markets, and Societe General. During this period, he worked on more than 40 public financings, strategic advisory assignments and private placements with an aggregate transaction value of over $15 billion. Since then, he has acquired and run four companies including Kardol Quality Products, Bramkamp Printing, DocuPros and CTS Packaging. Mr. Kahn has a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a pilot, gourmet chef, wine collector and golf lover. He currently resides with his wife and daughters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Hassel is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking, for the Bank of America.  For more than 20 years, Aric has served as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.  Aric has received numerous honors throughout his career, most recently named as a participant in Class 49 of Leadership Cincinnati. He was also named an Honoree of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty under 40 and was bestowed ACG Global’s highest honor – the Meritorious Service Award.  Aric is highly engaged in the community, serving on the Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America, Dan Beard Council. He is a Past President of ACG Cincinnati and currently serves on the Board and as the Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
