Prior to joining Washing Systems in 2016, Jon was the Executive Vice President for ProAmpac, where he was instrumental in the completion and integration of 10+ acquisitions, the establishment of operations in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, the expansion into Europe, and the recapitalization of the company with private equity. Prior to ProAmpac, Jon spent 8 years at Chiquita Brands International in a variety of sales, financial and operational positions in Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Panama. Jon also spent 3 years in corporate finance with BMO Capital Markets in Chicago and was President of a manufacturer in turnaround. In 2007, Jon was awarded “CFO of the Year” by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Residing in Cincinnati with his wife and three children, Jon serves in numerous business, community, and charitable organizations. Jon received his BA in Political Science from DePauw University and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago.

Krissi was featured in Inc. Magazine as one of the country’s top ten “super-efficient”. Typically 4-6 clients annually are on Inc’s 500/5000 list and many clients are named as a “Best Place To Work”. She is a recipient of Venue and LEAD Magazine Women of Influence award and was named one of the 100 Mind’s Thought Leadership within the Greater Cincinnati Region.

A highly sought after keynote speaker, she’s worked with Inc. Magazine, Intel, Titleist, Vistage, Xavier University, Ohio University, Greater Cincinnati HR Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and dozens of other companies, higher education institutions and non-profit organizations.

She holds an M.B.A. from Miami University, six Coaching Certificates and an Executive Coaching Certificate from Wharton School of Business. Before founding Barr Corporate Success, Krissi worked in leadership positions at P&G, PNC Bank, The David J. Joseph Company (part of Nucor Steel), and two technology start-ups. Her last corporate position was with a P&G-backed venture company.

Krissi is co-author of two business books. Plugged: Dig Out and Get the Right Thing Done is a golf-themed business book that teaches the lesson of PAR (prioritize, adapt and be responsible). The Fido Factor: How To Get A Leg Up At Work is a dog-themed book that teaches the business leadership lessons we learn from man’s best friend.
