Cancellation policy:

We love to see our members at the monthly events! We know that schedules can change and will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We will find a spot for you or a guest on short notice and try to fill your seat from our waiting list if you are forced to cancel. If it's past the guaranteed deadline (noon on the Monday before a Wednesday event) and we cannot register another guest, we will not be able to refund the cost of the event.
