ACG CIN: November Member Lunch

Harrison Mullin is a Managing Partner of the The Tokarz Group Advisors SBIC Fund.  The Fund makes junior capital investments in lower middle market businesses in support of commercial bank partners, family owned businesses, ESOPs and private equity entities.  Harrison is instrumental in all business activities from fundraising and limited partner relations to deal sourcing and portfolio management.  Prior to TTGA, Harrison was a Managing Director in Fifth Third’s Mezzanine Finance Group.   Harrison has a Bachelors Degree from Trinity College and an MBA from Xavier University. 

Andrew Quinn is President & CEO of ILSCO LLC, a manufacturer of electrical connectors.  ILSCO is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECM Industries LLC, a Wisconsin based diversified supplier to the electrical industry.

ILSCO manufactures copper and aluminum electrical connectors with operations in Cincinnati, OH; Mississauga, ON; Matamoros, Mexico; Harrison, OH; Greenville, SC and Greenville, PA.  ILSCO services three distinct channels, including Wholesale Electrical Distribution, Electrical Utilities and the Electrical OEM market.  In 2020, ILSCO was sold to ECM Industries of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Andrew is a member of Board of Governors of the National Electrical Manufacturing Association.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of IDEA, an Electrical Industry based technology e-commerce company, where he is also Treasurer.

Andrew’s community involvement includes:

• Cincinnati Art Museum Board of Trustees – 2018 to Present.  Finance Committee Chair;
• Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Board Member – 2020 - Present
• Young President’s Organization Cincinnati Chapter – Member, 2009 – Present.  Chapter Chair 2019 – 2020
• Seven Hill School Board of Trustees – 2012 – 2020

Andrew has a BA from Georgetown University and MBA from Syracuse University.

Andrew lives in Hyde Park with his wife Alex and three children, Olivia (18), Victoria (15) and Andrew (13).
