Stacey Browning is President of Paycor. Paycor offers SaaS payroll and HR products to small and medium-sized organizations across the US. Throughout Stacey’s tenure with Paycor, she’s contributed tremendously to the company’s growth. Starting in sales as the 11^th employee, she’s been a critical motivator and change agent, holding top roles in Marketing, Service Operations, Product Management and IT. Stacey led the company’s December 2015 acquisition of San Francisco-based Newton Software, a recruiting and applicant tracking offering. Today, Paycor has more than 1,500 employees throughout the US and serves 33,000+ companies. Recently Paycor was named to Workforce Magazine’s prestigious list of Top 100 Employers.

Outside of Paycor, Stacey was a co-founder of Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Marathon, responsible for inaugural marketing and PR. She is a current Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Board Member and on Forbes HR Council. Active in HR technology industry forums, Stacey has served on industry affiliation boards and speaks regularly on the topics of personal branding and furthering the careers of women in technical leadership.
