Dan began his private equity career in 1996 and joined RCC in 2001. Upon the generational transition of RC Capital, his partners elected him to assume the leadership within the firm, and he is now President of the management company.

Prior to his career in private equity, Dan held various technically oriented positions including design engineering at Kodak and operations management with Owens-Illinois and Procter & Gamble. He also worked in strategic consulting with Towers Perrin. Upon returning to Cincinnati after business school, he rejoined P&G where he held several positions in financial analysis and strategic planning for the company.

Dan graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS, cum laude, in Engineering in 1986 and obtained an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1991 with an emphasis in Finance and Business Strategy.

Dan is on the board of trustees of Cincinnati Works, a non-profit that offers job development services, and has served in various leadership capacities at his place of worship. Dan also serves on the board of directors of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, which offers emergency aid and spiritual support to the poor and vulnerable members of the community.

Tim graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and followed this with a Master in Business Administration degree from Xavier University in 2002.  After graduating from BGSU, he joined Provident Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio as a Management Trainee and since has held several positions in Private Bank, Commercial Banking, and specialty banking units.  Currently Tim is Vice President of Healthcare Banking for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio where he works with hospital systems and healthcare providers on capital structure design and execution, revenue cycle optimization, and liquidity management.

Tim is active in the community serving on multiple Boards and Committees including: Hoxworth Blood Center- Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee, LifeCenter Organ Donor Network- Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee, University Pointe Review Board- Board Member, Liberty Township Economic Development- Committee Member, among others.  Additionally, Tim was honored as a member of the Cincinnati Business Courier 2013 Forty under 40 class recognizing young leaders in the Greater Cincinnati region.  He resides in Liberty Township, Ohio with his wife and four children.

Vice President, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer of CCHMC

Alex Miller currently serves as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Vice President of Finance & Treasury, and the Assistant Treasurer.  He provides financial leadership across the organization managing finance and treasury functions with a focus on operations, strategic planning, facility and real estate master planning, strategic capital projects, pension, and investments.  Prior to joining Cincinnati Children’s in April 2011, Mr. Miller served as an Analyst for The Kroger Co.  His experience includes reviewing and making recommendations to senior leadership on investments in retail operations, manufacturing, and information technology.  He also served as an Underwriting Specialist for Cincinnati Financial Corp.  Mr. Miller is currently a member of the Finance and Audit Committee for Uptown Consortium and was a former United Way Board Member.  Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University.
