William Raveis, Inc.
Chris is responsible for William Raveis, Inc's residential real estate brokerage business. In 2003, he spearheaded the company's expansion outside of its home state of Connecticut, with 80 new company owned locations into seven additional states and started a new franchise enterprise, William Raveis Affiliates. During the expansion effort, William Raveis was multiple time recipient of The Best Real Estate Company in the state of Connecticut by the Warren Group, twice named Best Real Estate Company by Boston's Banker & Tradesman and was named The Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal. In 2018, the company was named the United States Top Luxury Broker by Leading Companies of the World.
William Raveis is currently the largest family-owned real estate company in the Northeast with over 4,200 agents and $12 billion in closed sales, and ranks among the top ten residential companies in the U.S.
In 2000, prior to his position in the family business, Chris established and ran national business development and sales for Home-Link Services, Inc., a venture capital backed internet and services based start-up.
Chris previously worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he ranked within the top five commercial brokers in the Metro-Atlanta area by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties in 1999. He a board member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Greenwich Chapter.
