Mike joined Sterling in 2024 from a technology company he co-founded. Previously, he held commercially focused executive roles at Reify Health and DoorDash and was a Senior Manager at Bain where he worked exclusively with private equity clients. Mike began his career as an intelligence officer in the US Army. Mike received a BBA from the University of North Georgia senior military college and an MBA from Emory University where he was a Woodruff Scholar.

Jusleen Karve joined EIV Capital in 2018 and currently serves as a director. Her responsibilities include operational and commercial due diligence on prospective investments and working with portfolio companies to maximize value from operations.

Prior to EIV Capital, Jusleen worked for General Electric, where she ultimately joined XLP, GE’s executive talent development program. While with GE, Jusleen held roles in a variety of operating functions, including project management of power plants across Asia and Australia, global commercial sales and business development and project finance. Prior to GE, Jusleen worked with Parsons Corporation as a member of the design team for the World Trade Center Transportation Hub and reconstruction efforts in New York City.

Jusleen earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and remains active with the MIT Alumni Association.

Lucas Kuipers, Executive Vice President, joined the company in 2014. At Platform, Lucas is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Lucas serves on the Board of Directors of Beacon Funeral Partners, Dynamic Glass, Expedition Water Solutions, Progressive Pipeline Management and South Coast Terminals and is involved with Encino Energy and Twin Eagle. In addition, Lucas was on the Board of Vortex Companies, and was involved with the Company’s investments in Alliance Human Capital Management, ALM First, Beneplace, and Evergreen North America Industrial Services. Prior to joining Platform, Lucas worked in the investment banking group at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. (TPH). While at TPH, Lucas focused primarily on merger and acquisition advisory and financing within the energy industry. He received his BA from Rice University, where he was the captain of the basketball team. Outside of work, Lucas is an active member of a number of local organizations, including Grace Bible Church and The FORGE for Families, and enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children.

Her resume includes guiding paid media strategy following global M&As as well as steering strategic growth at HomeAway.com (later VRBO) during the completion of a successful IPO, gaining experience at two major agency holding companies (Omnicom and Publicis), and overseeing marketing and operations at one of the largest privately held distributorships under the Toyota brand. 

In 2019, Summer founded Craig Group to lead portfolio companies through pivotal moments of scaled growth with data-driven sales, marketing, and customer success advisory and implementation. Her strategic vision and expertise in marketing, advertising, and behavioral economics shepherd PE-backed companies through cultural shifts and business reorganizations, generating revenue lift and operational improvements.

Summer is a dynamic partner for PE portfolio companies and proudly serves as a board observer or in a board advisory capacity for many Craig Group clients.
