Jeff Eaton is a member of the Management Committee and leads worldwide origination for Eaton Partners. He primarily manages the consideration and acquisition of new clients across all investment strategies for the firm. Based out of our Houston office, Jeff also manages our energy and real asset businesses. He has a diverse background in energy investments and over 21 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Director at Constellation Energy Commodities Group leading principal transactions for their natural gas structuring and trading division.

Jeff graduated from Duke University with degrees in Economics and History, and received his MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. He recently joined the inaugural Board of Visitors for Duke's new Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative. He holds Series 7, 63, 57 and 24 licenses with FINRA and is also licensed with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in Europe.

Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H)

Jessica Keiser is the Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) at Targa Resources Corp. Targa is a leading integrated midstream infrastructure company based in Houston, Texas.

As SVP of Sustainability reporting to the CEO,  Jessica helps to develop strategy on sustainability and ESG for Targa. She has successfully led the ES&H function for over 14 years during times of significant growth. Her unique background in consulting, engineering, operations, and compliance provides Targa with the expertise needed as the energy industry transforms in response to demand for lower carbon and carbon neutral fuels. She reports quarterly to the Board of Directors on both ESG matters and company ES&H performance.

Jessica has a BS in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She has been active in numerous industry associations over the past 22 years, including holding several leadership roles in GPA Midstream Association and Texas Pipeline Association. Currently, she holds one of six seats on the Advocacy Advisory Committee for GPA Midstream, a group that oversees the development and implementation of advocacy strategy for the association.

She is an Executive Member and member of the Advisory Board for the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) in Houston. More recently, she has also been chosen as a Board Member for a local private school that is dedicated to preparing students with learning differences to return to traditional classroom settings by enabling them to reach their academic and social potential in a safe, supportive environment. As the mother of a young daughter, she has a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) initiatives and activities for young women. She is active in the Houston Interfaith Ministries IMpower Women’s Initiative, helping to chair certain events and raise money for the organization.

Sean O'Donnell participates in Quantum’s investment activities, including investment sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and transaction exits. He also works closely with Quantum’s portfolio companies on such activities as raising and structuring senior debt, mezzanine capital or additional equity, providing merger, acquisition, divestiture and general strategic advice and executing commodity hedges.

Prior to joining Quantum Energy Partners, Sean served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Utility Generation, a portfolio company of QEP V that he co-founded and managed. Prior to joining Quantum, Sean was a Managing Director in the Global Natural Resources investment banking group at J. P. Morgan. His responsibilities involved advising public/private corporations, financial sponsors, hedge funds and creditors in a wide range of strategic initiatives and capital markets activities across the energy value chain globally. Prior to his career with J.P. Morgan he was an officer in the U.S. Navy’s Civil Engineering Corps where he coordinated contract negotiation and construction management for critical military infrastructure assets in the U.S. and Europe.

Sean holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Kaitlyn Allen founded Global Affairs Associates (GAA), a boutique sustainability consultancy that helps clients bridge business and sustainability, in 2013. Kaitlyn has consulted on corporate social responsibility and sustainability issues, including strategy, risk, communications, and transparency, for a variety of industries, including oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. She trains international oil and gas executives on sustainability, lean management, process improvement, and strategy. Kaitlyn speaks frequently on the drivers behind the “ESG” (environmental/social/governance) investing trend, the differences in approaches to “responsible investment,” and how companies can improve and articulate their ESG value propositions.

Previously, Kaitlyn worked in the non-profit and government sectors on human rights, violence reduction, legal advocacy, and health psychology. She received the U.S. Critical Language Scholarship award to study Turkish in Turkey in 2011, and also speaks fluent Spanish, French and Portuguese. Kaitlyn co-founded the Resilient Business Forum with Amanda Hsieh in partnership with the Center for Houston’s Future. She is a member of the Associate Roundtable at the Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University, where she serves on the RYP Board’s Latin America/Mexico Committee. Kaitlyn also serves on the advisory board of the Houston chapter of the Global Shapers, a multi-stakeholder community of the World Economic Forum.

Kaitlyn earned an M.A. in Conflict Resolution (Government) with distinction at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in International Relations summa cum laude from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Kaitlyn is a native Houstonian and currently resides in Houston.
