Jeremy Radcliffe

Valedor Partners LLC
Co-Founder and Partner

Jeremy Radcliffe is an entrepreneur and investor in private companies who enjoys working with partners to start and grow businesses.  He joined The Redstone Companies, a Houston-based multi-family office, in 1997, where he helped run the investment advisory business and was one of two primary managers of a $45 million private equity fund that, among other investments, included building the largest Whataburger franchisee (over 100 locations, eventually sold back to Whataburger corporate for a substantial profit) and launched the first subprime mortgage business in the UK (Future Mortgages, later sold to Citigroup). Jeremy left Redstone to co-found Salient Partners, a Houston-based asset and wealth manager, in 2002 and over the next 15 years shepherded the company into a $10+ billion AUM firm. Along the way, he and his partners generated significant returns for outside investors in Salient, including Sanders Morris Harris Group and Summit Partners, culminating in the sale of Salient's wealth management business to HighTower, a Thomas H. Lee-backed consolidator, in 2018.
