Coco is a CEO and board member, actively leading Silicon Valley based professional services and tech companies since 1997. From 2002 to 2012 Coco was President and COO of Taos, a Gartner top 20 global IT professional and managed services company servicing hundreds of F1000 and top tier private growth companies nationally. She was also on the board of Taos for 12 years, leading the company through massive economic cycles and business model evolution and growth. Coco led the company to $54m in revenue, and the company has subsequently been sold to IBM. In 2016 Coco founded Athena Alliance, a digital platform for learning and agency for top business women striving for the c-suite and the boardroom. Athena has seen 2.8x growth in membership in the last 12 months since launching as a true subscription model and hosts over 1,000 women leaders today. Coco is a well-published expert and speaker on The Modern Boardroom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Coco serves on the commercial boards of Athena Alliance, Inc and Archerpoint (an ESOP), as well as the non-profit board of Athena Rising Foundation.

Sara DeJay Willis is Vice President & Private Client Advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, of AllianceBernstein L.P (AB). Sara graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012, started her career in Governor Perry’s Press Office and spent the past 7 years in the insurance brokerage industry as a client advisor. Sara is passionate about empowering executives to identify their strengths and leverage their network to create future opportunity, personally and professionally. As such, Sara currently serves as Co-Chair of 50/50 Women on Boards as well as Director of Membership on the Board of Directors for Houston’s Women’s Energy Network.

Melody Meyer joined the boards of bp p.l.c., AbbVie Inc., and NOV Inc. as a Non-Executive Director. She is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Trinity University and on the National Bureau of Asian Research board. Ms. Meyer is President of two companies, Melody Meyer Energy LLC and Women with Energy LLC. Melody retired from Chevron after 37 years of distinguished service with extensive leadership expertise in global upstream operations, strategic and business planning, major capital project execution, capital allocation, and in delivering superior financial results. From 2011-2016, she was President of Chevron Asia Pacific E&P. Previously, she was President of Chevron Energy Technology Company, and Vice President Gulf of Mexico and U.S. Mid-Continent strategic business units. She held key international operations leadership assignments in Tengiz, Kazakhstan and Angola. Ms. Meyer graduated from Trinity University in 1979 with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Science and attended Dartmouth Tuck Executive Education program in 1997. Ms. Meyer was Executive Sponsor of the Chevron Women’s Network and formed Women with Energy LLC to advocate for the advancement of women in energy. Ms. Meyer is a C200 member, a Trinity Distinguished Alumni, BioHouston Women in Science Excellence awardee, ASME Rhoades Petroleum Industry Leadership Awardee, a Hart Energy Influential Women in Energy in 2018, a Women Inc’s Most Influential Corporate Board Directors in 2018, and named Outstanding Director by 2020 Women on Boards. She is on McKinsey Advancing Women Executives in Energy Advisory Board and co-leader of Women Corporate Directors in Houston.

Michelle is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hardwoods Distribution Inc. (TSX: HDI). Michelle will lead CapStreet’s efforts to source new platform investments. Prior to joining CapStreet, Michelle was the Chief Strategy Officer at DistributionNOW (NYSE: DNOW), a $2 billion publicly traded, global distributor of energy and industrial products and services. At DNOW, Michelle managed strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Strategy, M&A and Shared Services for the Distribution and Transmission segment of National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV).  Prior to the last nine years in energy and industrial distribution, Michelle spent 20 years in various managerial and interim management roles in Consulting and Restructuring in the public and private sectors in Houston, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. where she worked across industries from energy to healthcare and public education. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from the Jesse Jones School of Business at Rice University.
