Attendee/Member List Usage Policy

The intent of the member/attendee lists are to facilitate targeted networking and meaningful business connections. Acceptance of the member/attendee lists implies agreement to the specific terms and conditions stated here. The list cannot be distributed to outside parties. The list may not be reproduced, copied or disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in conjunction with a mailing list, or otherwise utilized except for your individual, personal and confidential reference. Use of the data to send unsolicited marketing e-mails (“Spam”) is not permitted. Infractions are policed and may result in legal or disciplinary action. Sponsors, exhibitors, members and attendees found to be in violation of ACG Minnesota policies and agreements voluntarily forfeit the remainder of the sponsor, exhibitor, member or event attendee benefits that were to be provided to them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Virtual Events)

There is a $5.00 processing fee for all cancellation requests received up to one day prior to the event. NO REFUNDS will be given within 24 hours of the virtual event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (In Person Events)

There is a $5.00 processing fee for all cancellation requests. If made 10 days prior to the event the balance after the $5 fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given within 10 days of the event. Exhibitor cancellations will be refunded on a sliding scale 10 days prior to the event. Sponsor cancellations will NOT be refunded. This policy is always in force unless otherwise specified.
