ACG Minnesota YP presents: New Year, New Deal. This is the first part in a two-part dealmaking series. Our panel of young professionals involved in the dealmaking process will talk to the group about what it looks like when a deal gets started.

Craig joined Tonka Bay in 2020, where we focuses on deal execution, deal sourcing, and portfolio management. He was previously an associate at HCI Equity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm with offices in Minneapolis and Washington D.C. He began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman in the Treasury and Investor Services divisions, across the Boston and New York offices. Craig earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

Don Raleigh III is the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager for Evolve Systems and Evolve Payment. Don has been a member of the Evolve team for seven years, leading his team in partner relationship management and identifying strategic revenue streams for his clients. Don III’s talents and capabilities are derived from his dedication to helping others reach their goals. His personalized and effective approach to communication has assisted him in organizing communities, being a passionate connector, and elevating partners while communicating the areas of opportunity that Evolve Systems and Evolve Payment bring to the deal-making table: Digital Asset Management and Optimization including Merchant Services and Digital Marketing services. Don III has been a part of ACG for four years and will be moderating our panel.

Scott is a Director at Northborne Partners, a middle market investment bank in Minneapolis, which he joined in 2021 when the firm was founded. He was previously a member of the Middle Market M&A team at BMO Capital Markets in Minneapolis. Scott began his investment banking career at Greene Holcomb Fisher in 2013, a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Minneapolis, which was later acquired by BMO. He is a graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
