Join us Tuesday, January 17th for our next monthly luncheon featuring Economist Katherine Judge, CIBC.

Katherine will provide an economic update on the US and Midwest economies, assessing their prospects in 2023-24 amidst sharply higher interest rates and elevated inflation. She will discuss the risks to the outlook, the lasting impact of the pandemic on supply chains and consumer behavior, and she will also address the implications for interest rates and exchange rates.

The room opens for networking at 11:30 and the program begins at noon.

Katherine Judge

CIBC
Director and Senior Economist

Katherine Judge is a Senior Economist at CIBC, having joined the Economics group in 2018. She forecasts and provides insightful commentary of American economic data, and contributes to research on a wide range of topics that impact financial markets. CIBC’s economics team is a multiple award winner for the accuracy of its US forecasts as judged by Dow Jones MarketWatch.

Prior to joining CIBC, Katherine worked in a similar role at TD Bank where she forecasted and produced research on US regional economies. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen's University
