Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Paige leads the Versique Finance and Accounting Interim Solutions division with 15+ years of professional and leadership experience within Finance and Accounting. In less than two years, the practice has experienced tremendous growth both in revenue and internal team members. Before launching the Interim Solutions practice, Paige served as the CFO of a local, family-owned manufacturing company, where she was the executive leader of the corporate staff including IT, Legal and HR functions.  Prior to her CFO position, Paige served within many financial leadership roles at several companies including Datatrend Technologies and Sleep Number. She holds an active CPA, an MBA from the Herberger Business School of Saint Cloud State University, and a BA in Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict. 

She has been noted by her colleagues as being a very diligent, conscientious, and caring leader and contributor. While she is very talented from a financial, technical and operational standpoint, she also connects deeply with members of her team as well as clients and partners. In addition to Paige’s role at Versique, she serves on several boards, mentor in several organizations and involved in volunteer activities around the Twin Cities.  Paige is a very active mother, wife, avid sports fan and world traveler.

Jeff Payne serves group manager for Huntington’s Middle Market. He has been at the bank for 15 months, with over 13 years as a Business and Commercial Banker in the Greater Twin Cities area. During his banking career he has served businesses from start-ups to large corporations. His passion lies in helping business owners grow, while impacting their ability to advance their companies, employees, and communities.

Jeff also holds the rank of Major in the Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force; having served for over 17 years in the armed forces. He currently sits on the board of MEDA Minneapolis, which provides business consulting and access to capital and market opportunities for minority entrepreneurs. He also serves on the board of the St. Paul Area Chamber, championing our diverse employer community for an economically vibrant, inclusive, and globally competitive region.

Jeff graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Master’s in Economics. He lives in Minnetonka, MN with his wife and three daughters.”

Steve O’Hara is a senior vice president and relationship manager for PNC’s corporate bank in Minnesota together with North and South Dakota.  He has been in the financial service industry for over 20+ years principally focused on corporate clients in the global and industrial services sectors.  His experience includes working in Financial Institutional Banking, Debt Capital Markets, and Small Business & Retail Banking.  He holds an undergraduate degree from Concordia University St. Paul and several graduate certificates focused on M&A, corporate finance, and banking.

Cathy Sedacca

Managing Director

Cathy Sedacca spent 20+ years in the asset-based lending industry providing alternative financing for small businesses. She co-founded Sage Business Credit, in 2013, which provided factoring and inventory financing for small businesses, as well as the coaching needed to help them transition back to bankable.

Following the successful sale and close of Sage at the end of 2019, Cathy joined the team at Integrated Consulting Services (ICS) as Managing Director. Her role being to help grow the business. She started by clarifying the ICS brand and then got to work making connections and building awareness in the twin cities market. To date they have successfully tripled the team and more than doubled their client list.

She understands the tenacity required to build a business as well as the challenges that come with it. Cathy brings creativity and problem-solving skills to the table, but her connections are the secret of her success. Outside of work Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters traveling, trying new foods and listening to live music.
