Michael Allen is the CEO and co-founder of All Energy Solar and a leading advocate for integrity, transparency, and accessibility within the solar industry. A respected voice in state-level policy and renewable energy advocacy, Allen has worked to expand the availability of solar through thoughtful legislation and ethical business practices.

All Energy Solar was founded in 2009 by brothers Michael and Brian Allen as a full-service solar energy provider. In 2011, Michael returned to his home state of Minnesota to assume the role of CEO, where he now leads strategic market development, operational expansion, and the company’s long-term vision for accelerating clean energy adoption.
