As Senior Vice President, Business Services, Katie Klug meets the needs of Bridgewater’s business clients by providing them with simple banking solutions. Her relationship-focused approach to banking means she develops lasting relationships and knows what tools her clients need to operate efficiently in today’s marketplace. With over 20 years of experience, Katie is the Twin Cities’ go-to entrepreneurial business banking expert. She has been a part of the Bridgewater Bank team since 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing-Sales from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2022, she was recognized as a Top Women in Finance by Finance & Commerce.

Kristin is a Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, and a founding member of the Carlson Larson Wealth Management group at UBS. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor. Kristin received her B.S. in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. 

She and her husband, Matt, live in Hopkins with their chocolate lab, Marshall, and welcomed their first child this past year.

Nikki specializes in a wide range of complex services by aligning family wealth with vision and values and bringing clarity to governance and philanthropic endeavors. She assists in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of investment plans in coordination with client’s legal and tax advisors to develop wealth preservation strategies.

Motivated by her desire to counsel and help clients develop financial confidence, Nikki finds true meaning in her work by building strong relationships with her clients and strategic partners, many who have become friends and confidants. As a former estate planning lawyer, Nikki has a particular aptitude in working with clients to develop comprehensive wealth transfer strategies, with specific attention to tax management and charitable giving.

Nikki is a board member of Athletes Committed to Educating Students (ACES) and serves on the board of directors of Diverse Daisies.

Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and her Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline College of Law, as well as a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. Nikki is a member of the Bar in Minnesota and New York.
