Womens Leadership Luncheon

Join ACG Minnesota in partnership with Corvus North for our Women's Leadership Luncheon featuring Abby Jimenez, Owner and Founder of Nadia Cakes. 

Abby is a self taught pastry chef and $10,000 winner of Food Network's hit show Cupcake Wars.

She began Nadia Cakes out of her home kitchen in 2007 with no formal culinary training and three small children in diapers. Abby relocated to the Twin Cities in 2011 after she decided she wanted to raise her children in Minnesota. She now has three successful bakeries, one in her home town of Palmdale California, and two Minnesota locations: Maple Grove and Woodbury.

Nadia Cakes has lots of Food Network appearances under its belt including a $50,000 win by general manager Erin Campbell on Holiday Baking Championship and a top five placement on Food Network Star. The bakery was on two seasons of TLC's show, Fabulous Cakes. Nadia Cakes was voted Best Cupcakes in Minnesota on CBS News' Best of Segment and they were named in Buzzfeed's 25 Sweet Cupcake Shops Around the World to Eat At Before You Die article. They were voted Best Cakes in Los Angeles on the L.A. Hotlist.
