Christie has over 15 years of experience in workplace strategy and project management. She works closely with her clients to create and shape workplaces to support talent, enhance productivity and foster collaboration. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Christie has demonstrated proficiency in sustainable design, construction, and operations standards. Additionally, Christie is regularly recognized for her work in commercial tenant interiors, including by industry groups such as DCA Live and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
 
Jason Jones, Managing Principal, Hybrid Workforce Services and Business Technology Sourcing, Cresa
As head of Cresa’s Hybrid Workforce Services, Jason helps clients navigate all the critical requirements of a balanced hybrid work strategy, including human resources, operations, technology, compliance, finance and real estate. Augmenting this expertise, Jason also serves as head of Cresa’s Business Technology Sourcing, helping clients select and implement technology such as unified communications, internet, call center, cybersecurity, and cloud computing requirements. Jason provides critical services for his clients to accelerate performance, improve talent attraction and retention, and maximize financial results.
 
Paul Springer, Senior Vice President, Hybrid Workforce Services, Cresa
Paul brings over 25 years of experience in human Resources and operations to Cresa’s clients, including his expertise in workforce strategy, resource planning, and performance and talent management. As part of Cresa’s Hybrid Workforce Services team, Paul creates the appropriate process and strategy to address overarching business objectives, including integrating HR, IT, operations, and real estate requirements to ensure his clients are
