Elevate Your Emerging Leaders

Register your rising corporate growth leaders, aged 36 and under, to participate in ACG's NextGen program. This annual program is designed to prepare up-and-coming talent for success in the business world, fostering connections with like-minded professionals. Last year's cohort comprised over 90 members from more than 60 organizations!

Leadership Opportunities

NextGen offers several leadership roles within the cohort, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, Membership Co-Chairs, Programs Co-Chairs, Sponsorship Co-Chairs, and Social Chair. These roles provide hands-on experience in leading and developing content focused on deal-making, leadership skills, and networking.
