The acquisition of STG expands SOSi’s current contract and target market and adds new, technical capabilities in cybersecurity, information assurance, software development and data analytics. This will be SOSi’s third and largest acquisition since 2016.

Founded in 1989, SOSi has grown organically to almost a thousand personnel operating around the world.  The acquisition of STG completed a key growth milestone.

Julian has worked as an entrepreneur and senior executive in the defense and government services sector for more than two
decades. He joined SOSi, a company founded by his mother, in 1995 and has served as its President and CEO since 2001.
