The Annual General Meeting of The Association for Corporate Growth Toronto is fast approaching.
We kindly request your attendance at this important event, scheduled for Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
The meeting will be held at the prestigious National Club located at 303 Bay St., Toronto, ON.
We have reserved the venue from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM to ensure a productive session.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Election of five (5) directors as per General Bylaw No. 1
2. Review and consideration of the Corporation's financial statements for the year ended February 28, 2023, along with reports from the directors and auditors
3. Appointment of auditors and authorization of the directors to determine their remuneration
4. Discussion of any other relevant business that may arise during the meeting or its adjournment
