Harris Kouasseu

Truist
Commercial Banker

As a Commercial Banker at Truist, Harris helps middle-market companies in Broward County navigate growth, optimize cash flow, and achieve their financial goals. For the past three years, Harris served as a Credit Analyst, partnering with senior bankers to execute a wide range of transactions, including syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts with private equity, recapitalizations, M&A, and working capital solutions. Harris also had the privilege of supporting our Not-for-Profit Banking team, working on deals involving New Markets Tax Credits, bridge financing, and project-based lending.

This experience has not only strengthened my financial acumen but also provided me with a deep understanding of our internal processes and a strong network across the bank—resources Harris now brings to the table to support each relationship.

Harris is also passionate about giving back—actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Emerge Broward, and other local organizations. Originally from Cameroon, Harris speaks French and enjoy connecting over business, community impact, or soccer.
