Throughout his career, he has been brought in various COO/CFO roles, to address specific needs such as positioning a company for an exit, acquiring strategic targets, turning around or shedding unprofitable business units, and implementing the infrastructure and processes to support continued growth.

Ron Krudo has spent over a decade working in the management and M&A field supporting businesses and non-profits. Ron spent past 5 years working as an executive managing an extensive team and fundraising for an international non-profit organization before transitioning to the finance sector.  From there he spent the next 7 year’s overseeing management consulting, M&A integration, and capital sourcing for Equiturn, a South Florida based middle market advisory firm. His passion for Investment Banking and M&A led him to become the Founder and Managing Partner of Right Street Advisors, a lower middle market boutique investment bank. The firm offers advisory on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and debt and equity capital sourcing- servicing the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Ron is passionate about helping business owners and partners maximize the value and impact of their transactions. When he isn’t rolling up his sleeves working on a deal, you will find him volunteering in the community or on the boat fishing with his wife and kids!
