Speaker
Ryan Ogle is the Championship Director for the 2026 PGA Championship, which will be hosted at Aronimink Golf Club in May 2026. A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the golf industry, Ryan has consistently demonstrated his leadership, strategic vision, and ability to execute large-scale events. Since joining the PGA of America in 2012, he has played an integral role in the planning and execution of major golf championships, including the 2021 and 2024 PGA Championships, as well as the 2016, 2018, and 2020 Senior PGA Championships.
A skilled expert in strategic planning, budget management, operations, and team leadership, Ryan has successfully delivered events that have driven both revenue growth and community engagement. Under his direction, the 2024 PGA Championship set records for ticket sales, achieving a 38% increase over the previous record, and resulted in a 45% increase in overall revenue.
Ryan’s career trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. Rising from intern to Championship Director in just three years, he now leads a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating one of the PGA of America’s premier events. He is currently driving a comprehensive 36-month strategic plan for the 2026 PGA Championship, ensuring that the event aligns with Philadelphia’s semiquincentennial celebration, all while maximizing its community and economic impact.
Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, Ryan is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His journey in the golf industry began with an internship at the 2012 Ryder Cup and has since flourished into a distinguished career in major golf event management. Ryan and his family recently relocated to West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he continues to contribute to the success of the PGA Championship and its positive impact on the local community.
