Corporate Development Best Practices: Sourcing, Screening & Execution

Join us as the Strategic Acquirers and the PE-backed Executives Roundtable (PEER) team up for a joint event to discuss and share best practices in sourcing, screening and executing deals.  

This roundtable format dinner will cover key perspectives from a range of buyers on:

  • What drives M&A strategy at the Corporate and Business levels? 
  • Defining the acquisition criteria and idea generation
  • Sourcing function and tools – funnel, characteristics (inbounds vs. business unit vs. top down) types of deals (auction vs. proprietary), etc.
