Founding Partner

Chris Eachus is a Founding Partner of CP Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm and value-add investor with deep market knowledge across the Sunbelt. Eachus joined the organization in 2003 and, over his tenure, has been directly involved in the acquisition of 11.7 million square feet of office space across the Sun Belt, totaling approximately $2.2 billion. Current notable investments include repositioning Bank of America Plaza, the tallest building in the Southeastern United States, and revitalizing the iconic CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta, now known as The Center. 

Previously, he worked in Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.'s investment banking department in New York as a member of the company’s Financial Sponsors Group. Eachus is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CPG Cares, a non-profit organization administered by volunteer employees of CP Group, and previously served on the Board of Directors of CURE Childhood Cancer, where he remains actively involved.

April Stammel leads marketing, leasing and community engagement for the team redeveloping South Downtown Atlanta. She has worked for more than eight years in the South Downtown neighborhood and is committed to creating a more walkable, livable and connected area of downtown through retail and restaurant leasing, historic storytelling and . She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, is on the board of Atlanta Preservation Center and Plywood People. Prior to her work in South Downtown, she held a range of leadership positions in business development, marketing, creative strategy and event management for start-ups, nonprofits and social enterprise organizations.

Senior Vice President - Georgia Market Executive Global Commercial Banking

Max Oligario is the Global Commercial Banking Market Executive for Georgia, overseeing a team of corporate bankers across the state that assist middle market public and private growth companies in maximizing enterprise value and achieving their business objectives by delivering a wide range of custom solutions including credit, treasury, risk management, financial life benefits and investment banking.  Prior to his role as Georgia Market Executive, he was the National Client Acquisition Executive for Global Commercial Banking where he oversaw national initiatives and strategy around client acquisition.  Max has been with Bank of America since 2015 and currently sits on the Bank of America market leadership teams for Atlanta, Savannah and Augusta as well as the Global Commercial Banking Southeast regional leadership team.    

He is currently a member of the Junior Achievement of Georgia Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees for St. Martin’s Episcopal School in Brookhaven, GA and the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Police Foundation.  He also serves as a committee member for the Atlanta Association of Corporate Growth and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

Max has a B.S Degree in Finance with a Minor in Communications from Florida State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and holds NASD Series 7, 24 and Series 63 licenses.
