Reggie Zachariah, Jr., Administrative Shareholder of the Fort Lauderdale office, focuses his practice on private equity transactions; mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings and counseling boards and senior management on strategic business, corporate formation and governance, financial and transactional matters. Reggie’s specific industry experience includes health care technology and services, education, insurance, manufacturing, franchises, retail, and infrastructure. Prior to law school he was a financial analyst, focusing on mergers & acquisitions for a public company.

Reggie is a long-standing board member of ACG South Florida, a founding member and chairman of ACG Palm Beach Network.

Graham serves as Chief Investment Officer of Nawthorne Capital, a private single family office based in West Palm Beach. At Nawthorne, Graham oversees all investment decisions across the firm’s public and private markets strategies. Prior to helping launch Nawthorne Capital in 2024, Graham served as a portfolio manager at a hedge fund, and on the private equity investment teams at Apollo Management and Cerberus Capital Management in New York. Graham began his career as an analyst in the M&A and Restructuring group at Greenhill & Co., an investment bank based in New York. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife, two young children, and two dogs.

Athina is an Acquisitions professional at The Batallan Group Family Office, a Florida-based, single-family investing and operating firm focused on acquiring, scaling, and managing service-oriented businesses across the Southeastern United States. Within the Family Office, Athina plays a key role in originating and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, building relationships with business owners, intermediaries, and industry leaders, and identifying strategic growth initiatives that support the firm’s long-term investment platform. Her work contributes to expanding the organization’s portfolio of operating companies while preserving the legacy and culture of founder-led businesses.

In addition to her work in M&A, Athina is actively involved in leadership roles at several organizations, including Junior Achievement (JA), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Ladies Executive Golf Society (LEGS), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), reflecting her dedication to community engagement, mentorship, and professional development.

Brian Becker

FIT Ventures
Partner

Brian is a Partner at FIT Ventures, the single-family office of David Baazov, where he focuses on sourcing and supporting investments in companies that both strengthen and benefit from the FIT ecosystem. He works closely with portfolio companies beyond capital, helping them scale through strategic support, technology enablement, and access to FIT’s broader network.

 

FIT Ventures invests across sectors and at every stage of growth, from pre-seed to pre-IPO, with an emphasis on meaningful ownership and creating value beyond capital. The firm works in both cutting-edge industries and legacy industries that can be transformed and accelerated through innovation and technology.

 

Brian holds a finance degree from McGill University and a law degree from Cornell Law School.

Juan Tagle

Palm Beach Capital
Director

Juan is a Jupiter native and Director at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include new deal origination, fundraising, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Juan was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Group. There for 12 years, Juan led a team of South Florida based Middle Market Bankers and worked very closely with companies ranging from $20M-$1B in revenues. Juan was responsible for overseeing the delivery of various product sets including senior credit facilities, debt capital markets, investment banking, and treasury management solutions. Juan was licensed 79 and 63 (both inactive).

Juan is also very involved in local community engagement efforts, and currently sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.

Juan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, BS in Finance.
