Principal, Tax

Michael Fletcher is a principal in Kaufman Rossin’s tax department. He brings over 40 years of tax advisory experience serving entrepreneurs, middle-market businesses, family offices, private equity funds, portfolio companies, and multinational companies, both public registrants and private global organizations. He has significant experience working with technology and software development companies as well as real estate investors, developers, owners, and managers.

Michael is an experienced and skilled professional in corporate tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation and IRS tax resolutions. He is well versed at helping multistate/multinational companies develop and implement tax department governance and technology deployment strategies.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Virginia and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.

Maria M. Sanjurjo

Managing Member

Maria is the Founding member of Outsource Dimensions LLC and has 30 years of diverse industry experience. She spent 18 years in a regional public accounting firm providing audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services. The accounting and advisory services include outsource accounting, technical accounting support, evaluating and enhancing the financial reporting processes and controls, as well as ensuring timely reporting.

Her industry expertise encompasses working with Registered Investment Advisors, Funds, Portfolio Companies, Management Companies, General Partner entities, Broker Dealers, Tech (Experienced/Start-Ups), Life Science, Not-For-Profit, Family Office, and Other Operating Companies.

Her operational excellence and strong leadership skills, as well as her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients enhances any team that she is a part of.

Maria graduated from Long Island University/C.W. Post with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Maria holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York since 2003.
